I am using earth tones because I will be using some of my scrap fabric to finish this project later when I finish all 7 days of the week. I have learned three different stiches and am excited at how easy it really was, of course the wonderful friend that sent this project to me already did the tracing so that task was done.
Well gotta get going we have some errands to run and then we are having lunch with friends, hopefully everything will be done in the early part of the day before the rain. Then when we get home I plan on stitching more!!
Now you are really making me jealous... quilt and stitch too... I would love to learn that but I am so impatient, I want it done the same day.
ReplyDeleteI love the prim stitcheries, my mother never sat and watched TV unless she was stitching or crocheting lace on pillow cases or something. I sit in front of the TV and my brain says nap time...lol
Hope you are having a great week Denise.
Hugs, Deb
Your stitching looks great! Isn't it fun! I honestly would rather sit and stitch than sew! LOL
ReplyDeleteThat is going to be so cute when it's finished. You are quite the talented woman.
ReplyDeleteThat is so neat...I have bought some at yard sales...I use to stitch all the time. Now I knit and crochet. It makes me think about getting out all my stuff...I have potato sacks piled up to stitch on...Hummmmm You are always doing something...You keep me motivated...Have a great day..Lisa
